Playing with a Friend's Camera :)

Last week, my friend Becky loaned me her camera to play with.  I have been wanting to buy a nice camera for years and years, but never knew if I would really use it or if it would make much of a difference for pictures.  Below are the results of a sunny day, a super duper camera, and several brave critters.  :)  Enjoy
On Saturday, Becky, Erin and I decided to take advantage of the beautiful sunny day and squeeze in a walk.  We walked to the house that is known for feeding the foxes in the hopes of seeing one and we saw TWO!!  :)  A Red Fox and a Blue Fox (which is a cross between a Red Fox and a Black "Silver" Fox).  It's a beauty!

Here's the Blue Fox...a little grainy because it was a little farther away than the Red.

An eagle looking out off of a snow berm.

Eagles are everywhere these days.  We think that we saw between 75-100 on this walk alone.  Below are about 25 or so just kicking it in the creek.  Crazy!

Then on Sunday, I squeezed in another walk with Julie, Ryan, David and Emily.  We walked out to the shipwreck and this time we actually explored INSIDE the ship.  It was a little creepy walking around on the rusted out ship in the snow.
The dogs go for a little swim...

 Now we're up on top...

 Hi Girls!!!  :)

 More eagles...
Hope you have enjoyed the fancy schmancy pictures!!  I'm thinking I might be looking into getting a nice camera.  I think it makes a world of difference when compared to my cheap little camera.  (I have highlighted the pictures taken on the nice camera with a purple background!)
Love and miss you all!!

  1. Yes, yes, yes...you should definitely get yourself a nice camera. You've been talking about it for quite some time, so it MUST be time to do it. You take such great pictures, already, Amber, so a nice camera would make them only better and better. Crazy how there are so many eagles there! Must be kind of unnerving to have them 'vulturing' you on your walks. And I think you are QUITE the trooper walking clear up in to the top of that beached ship. WOW! Made me dizzy just seeing your pics. Looks like you're having lots of fun. Were glad, my Sweet! Love & miss you, too!!!
